Pisac Ruins* - take cab to the top (S$40), hike down. It’s downhill into town.
Dinner: Cuchara de Palo - Chilcano and Red Wine, Papa a la Hyancaina (potatoes with a creamy yellow chili pepper peanut sauce), Trucha en Salsa Cremosa de Ajo (creamy garlic trout with a native potato casserole on a bed of mushrooms), Quinoa Chaufa (quinoa stir fried with vegetables, ginger, garlic and sesame crusted chicken.
